Returns & Refund

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your return items.

International Orders: We don’t accept any international returns because international returns involve high shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import clearance charges, this policy remains strictly in effect. We strongly encourage you to review the product before completing your purchase.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and unworn, unaltered, undamaged condition.

Clothing must be free of pet hair, stains, and distinct odors (deodorant, perfume, self-tanner, etc.).

Items sent by mistake, with incorrect labels, or failing return criteria will be discarded and are not eligible for a refund or return to sender.
