Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, holidays, or other situations beyond our control. While we do everything possible to get your order to you on time, Foi De Luxe cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for carrier-related delays once your package is with our shipping partners

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
